The Roadblock required a team to follow the directions given in the clue so as to finish the trip where he started, but having collected 7 flags which would be exchanged for the next clue.

Leg 05 (Egypt to Unted Arab Emirates)[]

At Spectrum on One, teams had to take the Champagne Brunch, a typical brunch held on Fridays only, with Möet champagne, before receiving your next clue. The Double Roadblock for this leg of the race required one team member to ride a camel along a 1 mile course by the sea shore and swim 300 feet to a yacht while the other member had to kayak to the yacht. Once both members reached the yacht, they'd receive their next clue. The Speed Bump that only X and Y had to complete was to complete a jigsaw puzzle with their next destination once they were in the yacht; Wafi City Mall. Once in Wafi City Mall, teams had to search in one of the 350 stores for the next cluebox. The Detour was a choice between X and Y. In The Montgomerie Dubai, teams had to make a birdie in the first hole to receive their next clue. In case they couldn't make it after 3 tryings each, they'd have to wait for 40 minutes before resuming the race. After that, teams were driven in a golf cart to the pitstop, Hole #18.

Leg 07 (United Arab Emirates to Australia)[]

The first Detour of the leg was a choice between As a Park or As a Ttrack. In both of them, teams had to go to Albert park, but depending on their choice, they had to get to the track or to the park. In As a Park, teams had to... In As a track, teams had to get to the boxes of the track, look for some of the elements that a Formula 1 driver has to wear and choose one teammate to drive 3 laps on the track before receiving the next clue. In Moonee Valley Racecourse, teams had to race for 2 laps in no more than X:XX:XX so as to receive their next clue. The other Detour had teams choose between X and Y. In Melbourne Cricket Ground teams had to search through the seats for one out of 30 race-coloured flags before running to the Pitstop.

When teams departed from the Pitstop, they had to complete a puzzle which would lead them to their next destination; they had to take a bus to the Opera House in Sydney. The Detour was a choice between X and Y. The Speed Bump required the team who checked in last at the previous leg to search for two pounds of fish, exchange them for food for whales, and then, give it to the whales. Once they had been done, they could resume the race. The Roadblock had one team find the Pitstop with a GPS while the teammate was brought to the Pitstop.
